Before your next pull

Anime Zero punishes spreading a budget thin. Trait Rerolls and Lucky Spins come from different sources, and an unevolved weapon loses to a lower rarity with its ultimate unlocked. Decide which of the two currencies you are short on before spending either.

Redeem these before you spend anything

Anime Zero codes pay out in the exact three currencies the summon loop needs: Trait Rerolls, Lucky Spins and Coins. Two of them are level-gated, so read the requirement before you assume a code is dead.

How long does a 0.01% Trait actually take?

Trait Rerolls are the bottleneck in Anime Zero, not Spins. A 0.01% roll is the kind of target where the average number of attempts says very little — the probability of getting nothing after a whole bank is the number that decides when to stop.

Worked example: a hypothetical 0.01% roll

With 1,000 independent Trait Rerolls at a fixed 0.01% chance, the probability of at least one success is 63.4%. There is still a 36.6% chance of getting none.

1 − (1 − 0.0001)1000 = 63.4%

This is a mathematical example, not a game roll-rate claim. The model assumes a fixed rate, independent attempts and no pity guarantee. The published Anime Zero odds are listed on the traits page.

Weapons, Traits and accessories ranked separately

Ranking one category does not rank the others. The S-tier weapons win on damage, the S-tier Traits win on stat bundles, and the S-tier accessories win on stat coverage — a farming accessory can out-rank a damage accessory for a player who never fights bosses.

Eleven movesets, five rarities, one pity rule

Rarity and performance are separate axes here: two LYTH weapons sit at the top, but the Arcane Cursed King outperforms every weapon outside the two LYTHs. Evolution cost decides which one you can realistically reach first.

The full 18-Trait roll table

Every Trait has a published percentage, and the spread is extreme: the three rarest rolls sit at 0.01% while the four most common account for roughly half the pool. That gap is why a reroll budget needs a target before it needs a number.

A practical starting sequence

Start by learning the controls, then choose one upgrade goal and check it in a stage. Change one part of the build at a time so you can tell whether a problem is your inputs, your gear or the route you took.

  1. 1. Learn the actions

Check the controls for your device and practise attacking, dashing and swapping weapons before committing any Spins.

  2. 2. Choose an upgrade

Compare evolution costs and Trait odds before committing your first materials. Keep a usable setup while you look for a replacement.

  3. 3. Follow a route

Use the opening walkthrough as a sequence of checkpoints. If a clear fails, fix the missing upgrade or input before moving to a harder stage.

Changes in the dated update log

Update 1 landed on Oct 4 and changed the summon economy outright: pity now counts every spin, and LYTH replaced the previous rarity label. Check the date before applying an older build guide.

Summon pity rollback — every spin now counts

  • After the rollback, both normal spins and Lucky Spins count toward the pity counter.
  • Published pity floors: Mythic 175, Arcane 350, LYTH 3,500. Epic and Legendary have no pity floor.
